The multi tool of it's day this Sergeants Pattern Nipple Wrench was originally issued with the .577 Enfield and continued to be issued with the modified Snider Enfield. The tool incorporates a nipple wrench, cramp, pricker, drift, worm, ball drawer, large and small screw drivers with an integral oil bottle. WW2 German Divisional Command Pennant.
Introduced by order of April 1933 the triangular flag, divided into black, white and red stripes, was authorised for use by the commander of either an infantry or artillery division. Approx. 40cm x 27cm and constructed from four pieces of strong cotton with mounting rings sewn to corners the pennant was intended for use on vehicles. Excellent, clean condition. read more

Also known as the ' Trench Warfare Dept. Percussion Pattern, the No.19 MkI Hand Grenade was introduced in 1916 and was finally made obsolete in 1920. This example retains traces of it's original paint and is clearly manufacturer marked ' A ' to the body of the grenade .
