Made of brass and originally gilded, this is a ‘patriotic’ Third Reich ring. Nor seen one like this before, so imagine not commercially made. However the quality and detail are extremely high. A central swastika with Roman-esque border running each side. Interesting curio.  read more

SA Treffen BRAUNSCHWEIG 1931 Badge.

Initially struck in recognition of an early clash with the communists this badge was raised to party status after Hitler's accession in 1933. This example is of the 2nd design being an oval shape, pinback, of solid aluminium construction with an RZM and a maker of M1/35 to the reverse. Finished has dulled with some light oxidisation to recesses. Good example.  read more

Gilt and enamel pinback badge indicating the wearer was on War Service with W.W.Greener the well known Birmingham gunsmiths. During WW1 Greeners undertook a number of weapons related contracts for the War Office including the manufacture of flare pistols.
