Although not marked as such this example has been tested and is gold and is of high quality construction. Contained in a Garrad's box but not known if this was the original supplier. read more

K98 Muzzle Cover.
Slip-on muzzle cover for the standard German 98K rifle.
Featuring a raised forward sight guard and a spring loaded fold back muzzle cap. The cover would be slipped onto the end of the K98 barrel and turned to position the sight guard over the forward sight. Manufacturer marked to interior of cap with a waffenampt inspection stamp to rear of cover. Good, used condition. read more
