Poster published by the Parliamentary Recruiting Committee in December 1914 and printed by Henry Jenkinson Ltd, Kirkstall. No.19 in the series, it features a striking image of a Tommy overlooking a burning town and a fleeing mother and child entitled ' Remember Belgium ' ' Enlist To-Day '.
