A good example of a British WW1 No5. Mk1 Hand Grenade. Body retains approx. 45% of it's original finish with a similar percentage of the filling ring evident. Marked ' E 7 ' to body behind lever and is fitted with a brass No.5 MkI base plug by Birmingham Guild Ltd, this is dated 10/16. Enamel and silvered brass NSDAP Party Badge. RZM M1/77( Foerster & Barth, Prorzheim ) marked to reverse with pin type fitting. Patinated to the reverse with wear to the silvering on the obverse, with undamaged enamel. read more

A rare example of the Imperial German Seitengewehr S 98/05 bayonet with saw-back upper edge. This consisted of 29 double sawback teeth 10.3" along the spine of the blade. This one is marked on the blade riccasso WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER A.G. OBERNDORF a.N. This marking is also repeated on the scabbard where it is stamped in smaller letters. WW2 Padded RAF Pilot Wing.
A good, clean example of a padded RAF Pilot wing, probably for use in tropical climes. Oatmeal coloured thread on blue wool with good definition to the feathers of the wing backed with black cotton onto which four pop fasteners have been sewn allowing for easy removal. Individual padding segments give good relief to wing. Good example with some signs of light use. read more
