WW2 Calthrop / tyreburster.
Large ( 11cm ) WW2 Calthrop / tyreburster as used by the OSS. Similar in pattern to the smaller types ( see item 5905 ), sheet steel construction spot welded together. Primarily used as area denial weapons, dfor use on roads and airfields to prevent use by wheeled traffic. Good overall condition.

WW2 US M-3 Fighting Knife.
WW2 issue US M-3 fighting knife by Utica contained in M8 plastic scabbard with ' Victory Plastics ' moulding mark. Later pattern of knife with manufacturer's details marked on cross guard as opposed to blade. Good used condition with evidence of sharpening and wear. read more
SMALL WW1 PERIOD 'TRENCH BUGLE' ?
Bought with other personal pieces from WW1. This is a super little brass bugle, which I was told was carried by this Officer and used in the trenches. No markings anywhere, but it's a cute small size, about half the size of a normal bugle. Looks to be a WW1 period hunting horn possibly, but a nice piece of memorabilia. An uncommon example of the OSS pattern machete. With a blade form similar to a Burmese Dahl sword with a single edge and double edged tip and weighted towards the tip to produce a more effective slashing stroke.
