Probably locally made in France this aluminium has been mounted onto a thin leather wrist band with an accompanying GS button and a circle of red silk possibly a charm or keepsake cut from a woman's dress. The disc features the details of 20734 Pte.Harry Hood Grenadier Guards ( Grenadier is spelt wrongly on the disc ). Good overall condition, leather band a little dry.
