THIRD REICH RED CROSS NCO's VISOR CAP.

Complete with badges and chin strap, this is the visor cap worn by members of the German Red Cross during WW2. Dove grey wool body with some moth holes etc. Orange cotton liner is complete and it has the original sweatband. WW2 Italian-German Medal.

Bronze, die struck Italian-German medal. Made and marked accordingly ' Lorioli Milano ' this Italian designed medal was not considered an official German decoration but it's use was authorised in early 1942. This bronze example is manufacturer marked and the name of the designer Domenico de Marchis is marked to the rim. Good, slightly dusty condition with original tired ribbon.  read more
