WW2 Italian-German Medal.
Bronze, die struck Italian-German medal. Made and marked accordingly ' Lorioli Milano ' this Italian designed medal was not considered an official German decoration but it's use was authorised in early 1942. This bronze example is manufacturer marked and the name of the designer Domenico de Marchis is marked to the rim. Good, slightly dusty condition with original tired ribbon. read more

Die stamped white metal national emblem for wear on the visor cap worn by low ranking diplomatic officials of the Third Reich. Fine detailing to eagle which originally had an overall silvered wash which has been largely worn away from all high points, double pins present to reverse. Uncommon. read more

WW2 pinback EKI, LDO marked ' L/56 ' for the maker Funcke & Bruninghaus. Steel core with silvered frame and block and barrel hinge and flat wire catch with tapered pin with LDO number stamped to the outside face. Patinated finish to silvered parts with rubbing of finish to highpoints of the core. Good, overall condition. read more

Uncommon early issue WW2 W.R.N.S. Cap. Based on the WW1 design, the cap was resurrected for the reformed W.R.N.S. service in 1939 with some alteration. Constructed in cotton twill with a multi-panel body and a heavily stitch reinforced brim with loops to carry a standard ' HMS ' tally and lined to the interior.
