THIRD REICH RED CROSS NCO's VISOR CAP.

Complete with badges and chin strap, this is the visor cap worn by members of the German Red Cross during WW2. Dove grey wool body with some moth holes etc. Orange cotton liner is complete and it has the original sweatband. TWO-MINT FIRST CLASS WAR MERIT CROSSES-WITH AND WITHOUT SWORDS-SAME MAKER.

Here is a good opportunity to buy a couple of mint examples of the Third Reich War Merit Cross, with swords and without. Both of these crosses came from original war time surplus stores and are both marked on the reverse pin with a number 1 for the Deschler & Sohn company.
