Probably locally machine made, shoulder title for the Brussels Leave Hostels of the British Liberation Army. Brussels was liberated in Sept 1944, and a series of hotels and other venues were operated along the lines of NAAFI establishments in an effort to give servicemen a respite from the front. Worn by civilian staff and in excellent unissued condition.  read more

Black O/R's coloured Field Service cap for a member of the North Stafford Regiment. Bi-metal North Stafford cap badge with brass GS buttons to apron with a brushed cotton headband. To the reverse of the headband the name ' 5053395 A.Ball N.S.R.' and the date ' 8/9/41 ' have been neatly written in ink. Approx. size 6 3/4 and in excellent used condition with some light rubbing to crown.  read more

Introduced for wear in 1934 the district triangle was essentially the same design of that used by the HJ but embroidered in white thread instead of yellow. This example machine woven in rayon and in good, used condition showing clear signs of having been removed from a uniform.  read more
