1918 Birmingham hallmarked silver cigarette case by the makers Sampson & Morden presented to Q.M.S. F.R.Hunter of the Leicestershire Yeomanry. Featuring an engraved Leics Yeo device to the lid with gilded interior and engraved dedication ' Q.M.S. F.R.Hunter from his Squadron Leader October 28th 1924.' Good, heavy piece that will probably reward further research. read more

IMPERIAL GERMAN WW1 PICKELHAUBE WITH BRASS FITTINGS.
A very good example of an early WW1 OR’s pickelhaube. Black leather shell is in great condition with much original finish. No breaks in the surface, dents or damage. Both peaks are fine and stable. An excellent example of a WW2 MkII British Pattern military kukri. Dated and manufacturer marked to steel blade ' Pioneer Calcutta 1943 ' with steel bolster and brass and steel rivets. Wood and leather sheath with brass tip, issue marks and 1944 dated. Excellent, clean condition with clear evidence of sharpening to blade.
