A British, WWII, No.36M MkI Hand Grenade in excellent condition. No obvious signs of the application of lacquer or filling rings which suggests that it was souvenired before filling. Manufacturer marking to body ' IBR ' indicating manufacture by Ideal Boilers & Radiators, London.,Base base plug marked ' TA&S ' for T. Ashead & Sons, Dudley Worcestershire.. and dated 1943. Filling plug similarly marked
