Various indicators, the distinctive V-shaped indentation to the reverse, sheet metal hinge, pin and catch strongly suggest manufacture by Foerster & Barth, Vienna. Slightly grubby condition and purchased as part of a larger grouping of souvenirs from a veteran's family.
