WW1 British No.27 Hand & Rifle Grenade.
A scarce example of a British Mk.I No.27 Hand & Rifle grenade. Introduced in late 1916, this phosphorous smoke grenade was initially produced as a rodded rifle grenade with a threaded strengthened plug to the base. This example has been restored and accurately reflects the original finish and is complete with its original brass striker assembly. Uncommon.
