IMPERIAL GERMAN 925 SILVER SHOOTING MEDAL/AWARD.

Shooting was and is a very popular past-time in Germany. There are 100's of local shooting clubs all over the country, many have existed from before WW1. This is a beautiful shooting award or prize, in solid 925 marked silver. Awarded in the town of Ottersberg. Englaved inscription reads ' EHRENMITGLIED- Schutzenverrin Ottersberg' . Quite a large medallion, measures approx 8cm x 5cm overall. Great to go with other shooting awards and shooting cutlass etc.
