4th Panzer Army Surgeon's Wehrpass.

Wehrpass to Officer Surgeon Wilhelm Kannappel who served with 4th Panzer Army. A First World War veteran, Kannappel saw service on the 'Westfront' and then in the invasion of France. He then went on to serve in Russia, Desna, Jelnja-Bogen, Brjansk and finally Moscow. He was awarded the EKII and silver service medal (probably Wuttermberg) in WW1 and then the KVKII and the Ostmedaille in WW2. He subsequently served in Germany until the end of the war having left Russia in September 1942 , A well filled out Wehrpass accompanied by a seperate list of details of service and a stand down receipt recording receipt of Wehrpass and pay. In good/excellent condition.
