Formed in November 1955 the Bundeswhr is the current armed forces of Federsl Germany. This is a leather belt and buckle worn by them. Bears an uncanny resemblance to those worn by Germany during WW2! Militia Battalions Royal Fusiliers Victorian Officer's waist belt clasp. Fine silvered interlocking example circa 1881-1901 with matching bench marks to both pieces. Circlet inscribed THE ROYAL FUSILIERS; seeded centre mounted with gilt crowned Rose. Universal pattern rococo ends. In excellent, bright condition.  read more

Turkish POW Trench Art.

Carved stone POW trench art created by a Turkish prisoner held at Camp Cyprus, Famagusta. This example was probably created in celebration of the repatriation of Turkish POWs in February 1920 from the Karaolos prisoner of war camp that was established near Famagusta in 1916. The camp housed 2000 Turkish POWs of which over 200 died or were killed from disease or attempting to escape. Unusual item.  read more

unissued condition this Camouflaged ATS (woman) Leather Jerkin. The Jerkin has some trace of wear and age on the exterior yet the liner appears in mint condition.
