A THIRD REICH NAVY ‘DICKY’ or NECK SCARF. COMPLETE WITH 7 ORIGINAL SPECIALIST CLOTH BADGES.
Obviously a souvenir of the time and probably put together by the sailor himself. There are 7 specialist cloth arm badges machine sewn to the navy ranking neck ‘dicky’. Seem to be all from one source as there are both summer(white backed) and winter (blue backed) badges for the same specialism.
