2 WW2 JAPANESE COTTON ‘RISING SUN’ FLAGS.
The larger ones measures approx 38” x 23” and is printed cotton. No damage or moth. Has sewn in rope with the reinforced cotton pocket to the hoist edge. Colours perfect. The second flag is much smaller measuring 18” x 13”. Again printed cotton but this has leather tab reinforced corners and linen string ties, which are intact. A nice pair for reasonable money. read more
1943 RAF 'Radio Room' wall clock.
Air Ministry, English made wall clock with 18cm diameter bakelite case and hinged chrome bezel. 14cm white dial with black Arabic numerals and hands, dial now spotted. The movement is integral with the rear of the bezel and dial, it is marked with the stores reference number 10A/10449.
