Pinback sweetheart badge bearing a miniature Middle East Commando fighting knife mounted on a mother of pearl background. The knife blade has been inscribed ' Gallipoli ' maybe a souvenir produced for an Australian soldier.This type of badge is typical of those made in the Middle East and are colloquially known as ' Bethlehem ' badges.
