High quality Imperial German fighting knife. Featuring a horn handle with silver mounts and a double-edged damascus steel blade. The 18cm blade has a raised ricasso and the damascus steel blade features a prominent pattern with rosebuds to the ricasso and more elongated wave pattern to the blade. Unfortunately lacking a scabbard but never the less a good example of a high quality knife.  read more

Original gilded brass and enamel clutchback OSS collar insignia. Although never authorised for wear by personnel of the Office of Strategic Services it was worn by some of the allied Psychological Warfare Board. Highly uncommon item of insignia in excellent to good condition with the exception of a broken clutchback retaining pin to the reverse, priced accordingly.  read more

A 3 Commando ' sleeve ' comprising ' No.3 Commando ' red on black, embroidered wool shoulder title with a red on black embroidered Combined Operations formation sign. Both items have clear evidence of having been removed from a uniform with the Combined Ops badge probably having been trimmed into a circular shape from a larger tombstone type. Good overall condition with minor knicks but unmothed.  read more

Cotton Japanese Senninbari or one thousand stitch belt. The belt was worn around the waist under the shirt or uniform as a good luck charm. The symbolic 1000 stitches were embroidered in red, another symbol of good luck, in this example formed into a series of characters with the further addition of good luck coins. In good, clean condition with minor marking. A reasonably priced example.  read more
