WW2 muti-lingual British 'Goolie chit'. Single sided, multi-coloured, printed on paper chit with six European languages under a Union flag and Royal cypher. Originating from the later stages of the War, the chit offers a reward for providing assistance and helping to defeat 'the common enemy'. locally machine made shoulder, for the Brussels Leave Hostels of the British Liberation Army.Brussels was liberated in Sept 1944, and was ideal for giving servicemen a respite from the frontline.
