Japanese One Thousand Stitch belt.
Cotton Japanese Senninbari or one thousand stitch belt. The belt was worn around the waist under the shirt or uniform as a good luck charm. The symbolic 1000 stitches were embroidered in red, another symbol of good luck, in this example formed into a series of characters with the further addition of good luck coins. In good, clean condition with minor marking. A reasonably priced example. read more
WW2 German postcard - Brauer
Colour postcard by well known German artist ' Willrich '. This card features the Fallschirmjager Knight's Cross winner Oberst. Brauer and was sold in aid of the DDA. Card has some very minor creases and staining to reverse but the image is fresh and clean. Excellent example. read more

A good quality NSKK other ranks side/overseas cap. In dark blue wool, with tan type liner. Has RZM label sewn inside. Green backed NSKK bevo eagle machine stiched to side. Has evidence of 2 buttons to the front, but they are missing. Nice looking cap, in good, used condition. read more

C1946 'The Fifth Battalion The Wiltshire Regiment in North-West Europe June 1944 - May 1945' by Capt. J.S.McMath. 128 pgs, card covers includes roll of honour, awards etc and b/w illustrations and coloured maps. Unit fought in Normandy from 18th June at Hill 112 through to Nijmegen and ended the war at Bremen. Good detailed history of a WW2 Infantry battalion. read more
