WWII German RMBO Breast Eagle.
Dark brown wool construction with grey cotton embroiderd eagle for use on the breast/sleeve of the later RMBO tunic. The RMBO, or Reichsminesterium fur die Besetzten Ostgebiete, was established in 1941 after the invasion of Russia.
