A really nice Tank Assault badge or 'Panzerkampf Abzeichen' in bronze. Nearly ALL of the bronze finish remains to the front, around 85-90%, and 100% remains to the reverse. It is made by the very rare maker EWE. German Third Reich Reichskriegsflag or Kriegsmarine battle flag. 65cm x 50cm size with size designation, Kriegsmarine proof stamp and ' Hamburg ' to hem. Halyard loop and line have been carefully removed and in good bright condition with some minor staining to one corner but otherwise undamaged. Very presentable example in a manageable size. read more

This example dates from the Boer War period with the two components contained in separate, identified sections sealed by a soldered strip removable by use of a key. 1942 dated RAF sidecap with the addition of the aircrew under training peak. Standard RAF blue serge cap manufactured by ' J.Collett Ltd ' , size 7 1/4 with a lightly polished brass o/r's cap badge and an additional peak, a white blancoed piece of material cut to shape. An uncommon example of a screwback War Merit Cross 1st Class with Swords in it's original LDO marked case. Cross is frosted with burnished highlights with bubbling to reverse finish. WW2 Waffen SS Handschar Collar Patch.
Machine embroidered silver scimitar held by a gauntleted hand with swastika for the Waffen SS Division Handschar. Probably a Dachau made piece with the patch displaying several of the identifying features. Slightly distorted, complete with its buckram backing which is slightly damaged and a few loose threads.
