WW2 Italian-German Medal.

Bronze, die struck Italian-German medal. Made and marked accordingly ' Lorioli Milano ' this Italian designed medal was not considered an official German decoration but it's use was authorised in early 1942. This bronze example is manufacturer marked and the name of the designer Domenico de Marchis is marked to the rim. Good, slightly dusty condition with original tired ribbon.
