WW1 British Trench Map Flanders / Message Form.
WW1 British Trench Map No.9229 centred on the lines around Kemmel corrected up to 29.06.1918 with a message form printed on the reverse. Printed by the R.E. Survey Co. probably an economy measure, the map is crammed with detail with British positions named and some identified detail to German lines. In good overall condition with some annotations and folds. read more

This example is a Mk.2A1 introduced from 1944, essentially very similar to the M2, the Mk2A1 is distinguished from it's predecessor by having only one yellow band at the neck.
