US 37mm APT M51B2 Round.
1943 dated, US 37mm M51B2 APT round. This round was intended for use in the M3 A/T gun and the same calibre gun used in various US armoured vehicles. Projectile profusely marked and dated 1943 mated to a 1942 M16 case with various manufacturer and inspection marks. Good overall condition with a small bruise to driving band.

1959 Soldier - SAS Interest.
October 1959 copy of Soldier magazine, the in house Army publication featuring an all colour photograph of SAS interest. The cover shows Lt.Col A.J.Deane-Drummond DSO MC, the SAS commanding officer, inspecting members of a squadron of 22 SAS at Malvern alongside Gen.Sir Francis Festing. Post 1881 gilded brass, multi-piece, crowned eight point star with wreathed circlet enclosing a separate silver Tiger surmounted by ' Hindoostan ', three part scroll inscribed 'The Leicestershire Regiment', three lugs to the rear. Superb condition with bright gilt and deeply patinated silver with faded backing. Replaced locking pins to reverse.
