Rough wool armband with applied letters ' G R '. These armbands were worn by members of the Volunteer Training Corps and other early Volunteer Force units. Partially lined and named 'Lieu Whitacre No. ? Platoon ' in purple pencil and ink stamped ' Hendon Volunteer Training Corps '. Generally good condition with some minor moth damage and slight rusting to buckle. read more
