EARLY HITLER YOUTH BUCKLE AND BELT. RZM MARKED.
This is a good used example of a HJ nickel plated, steel belt buckle with original leather belt. Not mint, the buckle has some slight lifting here and there, but nickel plating is 95% complete. Is marked on reverse, in small letters, RZM M4/28. This is the Paulmann & Crone company in Ludenscheid, who made badges, buckles etc etc. belt is a nice thick leather with light brown inside. WW1 Austro-Hungarian fighting knife.
A good ' sleepy ' example of a WW1 fighting knife as used by Austro-Hungarian forces. Single edged, unmarked blade with a double edge point contained in a steel scabbard. Clear signs of having been sharpened with one bruise to scabbard, otherwise in excellent condition. read more
Georgian officer’s gorget.
Georgian officer’s universal pattern gorget. The Gorget is made from brass with rolled edges which was then gilded overall. Gilding polished away in some areas but the whole gorget is in bright condition with a few minor bruises. A good example of an early piece of insignia at an affordable price. read more

WW2 Indian Airborne jump qualification wing. Embroidered and padded to produce a high relief with stylised feathers picked out with prominent thread with the parachute treated in a similar fashion. The wings embroidered directly onto a khaki wool backing and then onto a cotton backing with a brass plate and pin to secure to a uniform. US WW2 V-44 survival Bowie knife. This example with twin fullers, single edged blade and double edged tip is made by the company that made them famous ' Collins & Co '. Their trade mark with model number ' No.18 ' is stamped into the ricasso. Blade has been sharpened and is very sharp and is toned overall with the moulded synthetic grip intact and undamaged. Chindit shoulder patch.
Embroidered example of the badge worn by the 77th Indian Brigade and later the 3rd Indian Division - The Chindits. Formed by Orde Wingate in 1942 and fought extensively throughout Burma, often behind Japanese lines.
The name Chindits is a corruption of the word ' Chinthe ' which is the lion-headed pagoda guardian seen throughout Burma and represented by the patch.

A good used example of the standard red/white Party armband, used by many Third Reich organisations. Three piece construction, with red wool background, separately applied white circle and black swastika in moire fabric. Evidence of age and use, a little grubby overall. Medal grouping to P/O.Leonard Bayley of the destroyer HMS Boadicea. Bayley was killed when Boadicea was sunk by German aircraft on 13/06/44 when in support of the Normandy landings. All steel, die stamped plain or ' neutral buckle with manufacturer marked and dated leather tab. Tab is marked ' 1940 ' and ' Bruder Schneider A.G. Wien '.
