ww2 Japanese good luck vest.
Unusual Japanese senninbari vest. Apparently a commercially available padded vest - 'menci' trade mark label - the vest has been embroidered with a thousand stitches split between the front and the back. The stitches are arranged around two hanko or shrine seals and below one seal a good luck coin has been stitched to the vest.

Good quality woolen naval reefer jacket of the German Imperial Navy issued from the Wilhelmshaven Clothing Depot in 1910. Labelled as per regulations with the proof stamp of the Navy Clothing Depot, serial number stamp and wearer's name tab. One yellow chevron, Obermatrose rank to left sleeve and all gilt buttons present and bright.

German Officers calender desk set, artillery shells!!!
A great addition to your own desk, this is a calender set, all in German of course, probably from a WW2 officers deskset. Consisting of two solid brass shells mounted either side of the dates, months holder. All affixed to a cream marble base. I actually have never had one of these before!! Highland Cyclist Battalion NCOs and O/Rs badge.
Good well struck, white metal badge of the Highland Cyclist Battalion. This unit was originally formed from the 5th (Vol.) Battalion Black Watch and went on to serve with the 51st Highland Division.
This example is in excellent condition with both lugs present although bent through use. Also has a J.R.Gaunt makers tablet soldered to the rear. Excellent original example. read more

Facing pair of uncut printed formation signs for 22nd ( East African ) Brigade. Forming part of 11 Div. the Brigade fought in Italian East Africa, Abyssinia, Madagascar and Ceylon and went on to fight with 14th Army in Burma.
