1915 Gallipoli ' Trench Map '.

Highly evocative, 1:20,000 scale map of the Gallipoli peninsula. Produced by the Army Survey Dept. and printed in Egypt in 1915 with the heading ' Anafarta Sagir '. The map shows the area of Suvla Bay , north to Kartal Tepe and has numerous pencil annotations anglicising the various Turkish names.
