Red cotton armband with separately applied BeVo weave swastika on white disc. A good used example of the standard red/white Party armband, used by many Third Reich organisations, slightly grubby with two stains to reverse where armband has been folded on to a deteriorating object. read more

WW2 Airborne jump qualification wing. Embroidered to produce a high relief with stylised feathers, the parachute in similar relief . The wings embroidered directly onto a khaki wool with cheesecloth type backing , probably unissued. Excellent condition with one small moth nip to lower left . Good wartime variant. read more

An example of the ubiquitous Princess Mary's Gift Tin, but this example has been personalised by the addition of an inscription to the inner face of the lid. The attractively rendered script reads ' Presented to Gnr. Chestermann R.H Z Battery 1914 by Princess Mary. Four letters and their accompanying envelopes sent by Capt Robert John Lillywhte of No.3 Squadron. Lillywhite, nephew of the famous cricketer and founder of the ' Lillywhite ' store in London, gained his Aero Club certificate in 1914 and was involved in Britain's first parachute jump at Hendon in the same year.
