Steel framed with cotton tapes and leather bridge and manufacturer marked ' J.M. & Co., Ltd, 1942 still wrapped in their original paper. AN ORIGINAL BRITISH ‘WAR BONDS’ FLAG.

I purchased this in a lot of other WW2 and WW1 items and could not figure out what it was! Now I know!
