A good example of an embroidered WW2 RAF pilots' brevet, probably locally made in India or Africa. Thinly embroidered, creamy/white wings and crown on black wool backed with cotton. Four press studs mounted to the reverse to facilitate easy removal for laundry, cleaning etc typical of wings used in the African and Far Eastern theatres. Good, used condition.  read more

1942 dated, US 37mm M63 HE round. Initiated by a base fuze, this round was intended for use in the M3 A/T gun and the same calibre gun used in various US armoured vehicles. Projectile and case 1942 dated with various manufacturer and inspection marks. Good overall condition with some very minor pitting of projectile but 80%+ original paint remaining.

A pair of early binoculars given as a shooting prize by T.M.Williams of the Worksop Rifle Volunteers. They were subsequently won by Col.Sgt.L.W.Latham of the 7th Notts Rifle Volunteers on 01/10/1863. This information is given on two silver escutcheons screwed to the extendable sun shields. Binoculars in good, used condition with leather intact and optics functioning.  read more
