Large size ( 79cms x 92cms approx.) 1943 Series escape map 43/A & B Europe. This viscose rayon ( Bemberg silk ) double-sided map produced by John Waddington & Sons, Leeds covers France and Spain with sections on German - Swiss Frontier, the Pyrenees, Belgium, Holland and Germany. These multi-coloured maps were designed to overlap with others in the series to produce a complete map of Europe to aid in escapes. Good, lightly creased condition.
