THIRD REICH RAILWAY POLICE ARM EAGLE.
This is a nice Railway Police arm eagle that has been removed from a tunic. Golden thread on a black background in made ‘bevo’ style all woven in one piece. This is quite a rare item as it’s for the occupied city of Paris! I think they thought they were staying!

CITATION FOR THE GERMAN WW2 2nd.CLASS WAR MERIT CROSS WITH SWORDS.
To give it its full name, Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klaas mit Schwerten. As this is with swords it is a military award and given for meritorious acts that did not quite qualify for an Iron Cross. In very nice condition with no damage or folds. This was awarded to an Unteroffizier Heinz Brummer who was in the 12/Gren.Regt (mot)76. On 1st Sept 1944. A nice document to put with the medal. read more
CITATION FOR THE THIRD REICH RUSSIAN FRONT MEDAL.
To give it its full name, this is ‘die medaille Winterschlacht Im Osten 1941/42 (Ostmedaille). Awarded to all German troops fighting on the Eastern Front between 15 November 1941 to 15 April 1942. Over 3 million were awarded! This is a very nice citation dated 15.8.1942 and awarded to a Johannes Hahnel. Signed by a Battalion Commander.

1914/1915 Star - 15 Year Old Awardee.
1914/1915 Star awarded to Alexander Quelch of the Merchant Fleet Auxiliary. This greaser in the MFA was born in 1900, making him 15yrs old when eligible for the award ! Quelch was born in Genoa and settled in Leyton after his service. Toned with original ribbon accompanied with research. read more

Comic ashtray in the form of a potty with Mussolini's face in the interior with the dedication ' Wop No.1' and ' We've got him on the run '. This Phoney War period novelty was one of a series showing notable Axis leaders and was manufactured by Fieldings. The examples featuring Mussolini are considerably more scarce than their counterparts showing Hitler. In good undamaged condition. read more
