Probably unissued Colt 1911A1 .45 Auto leather holster. Clearly stamped to the reverse 'Milwaukee Saddlery Co. 1942'. In excellent condition complete with leg thong. Wehrpass to Officer Surgeon Wilhelm Kannappel who served with 4th Panzer Army. A First World War veteran, Kannappel saw service on the 'Westfront' and then in the invasion of France. He then went on to serve in Russia, Desna, Jelnja-Bogen, Brjansk and finally Moscow. WW II Blenheim crash trophy.
Propeller tip trophy from the crash of a Blenheim IV of 110(Hyderabad) Squadron. This particular aircraft crashed on take off on 30/08/1941 at Wattisham piloted by a Sgt.Noseda. The propeller tip displays clear signs of the crash and appears to have broken off. The tip retains 50% of it's original paint finish with the details of the crash scratched into the paint.
