1939 Pattern gold Political Leader's Buckle for wear with the 60mm brown leather belt. Gold-washed aluminium example with manufacturer markings ' RZM M4/22 ' to the reverse indicating manufacture by Christian Theodor Dicke, Lüdenscheid. Sturdy linen valise bag with bone button closures marked to an officer of the 88th Regt. the Connaught Rangers. Clearly marked in paint to an ' H.Ernst. Esqr. 88th Regt. '.
