WW2 German AZ66a Nose Fuzes.
A pair of WW2 German AZ66a nose fuzes contained in a cardboard sleeve within an original 1942 dated phenolic fuze container. The AZ66a fuzes were used in SD10 anti personnel bombs. Both examples show signs of water ingress with slight oxidisation to vanes and slight rusting to pins but otherwise good condition with stencilled markings. Cotton Japanese Senninbari or one thousand stitch belt. The belt was worn around the waist under the shirt or uniform as a good luck charm. A very well made finger ring in brass and then gilded. Features a swastika in a circle and Romanesque/runic symbol engraved ring band. Fantastic detail and very fine workmanship as this is obviously all handmade. Even the arms of the swastika has accented lines running along each arm. Original WWI Lewis Gun drum magazine. Pan magazine holding 47 rounds in a radial fan which was mechanically indexed and driven by a cam on top of the bolt which operated a pawl mechanism via a lever.
