WWI or WWII BRITISH/SCOTTISH OFFICERS METAL TRAVEL TRUNK- NAMED.
A metal trunk, obviously used for valuable personal items. Difficult to age, but looking at the lettering etc., it’s probably WWII but could be earlier. Black painted tin trunk, reinforced lid and ‘japanned’ interior. The front is beautifully sign written with the officers name and home address.

Neusilber Luftwaffe Flakkampfabzeichen.
Excellent, early Luftwaffe Flak badge. Neusilber construction with ball hinge fitting and semi-scooped reverse. Thought to be the product of one of the Gablonz manufacturers, possibly Adolf Scholze, and of early design and issue and as is typical of these badges no manufacturer markings to reverse. Palestine Police cap badge numbered to slider with manufacture's details ' Dowler, Birmingham ' stamped to reverse, shoulder title with black leather backing. PIAT Fuze and Container.
PIAT dummy Fuze No.426 with alloy container and carrier. Designed to be clipped to the vanes of the bomb whilst in storage and then removed and opened in order to prime the bomb. Surprisingly difficult to acquire as most were discarded, this example in good recovered condition complete with manufacturer markings etc. read more

1953 dated ' Gauge F.S.M. N.1.MK1 ' . I believe for the 3.7" AA gun. This dummy time fuze was designed to be inserted into the auto fuze setter to ensure correct operation. Good, working condition, fully strippable. Comes with wooden stand. read more

WW2 1939 Wound Award in black. Die stamped steel example with needle pin in excellent, unissued condition with original titled packet. Manufacturer marked L/11 indicating manufacture by Wilhelm Deumer of Lüdenscheid whose details appear to the reverse of the packet. read more

WW2 Original Copy 488 Squadron Combat Report.
Original second copy combat report retained by pilot for a Mosquito night fighter operation over Normandy on the night of 22/23 June 1944. Flying a Mosquito XIII of 488 Sqn. P/O.O.J.McCabe ( NZ ) accompanied by his navigator W/O.H.O.Watkins intercepted a Ju188 east of Bayeux which was then subsequently shot down crashing onto the beach.
