Printed canvas armband for use by the Norfolk Women's Auxiliary Land Corps. This is one of the many ad hoc organisations set up during WW1 to provide aid to the war effort in this case by women land owners and workers. Their organisation was subsequently taken over by the Government organised Land Army. Good, used condition with some light soiling. Scarce.  read more

WW2 issue MkIII prescription spectacles for use when wearing the gas mask. Introduced in 1939 the MkIII had flat arms to avoid fouling or damage to the side of the gas mask whilst in wear.
