A piece of Zeppelin wire sold on behalf of the Red Cross recovered from the first Zeppelin bought down at Cuffley Essex. SL11 was famously shot down by Lt Leefe Robinson VC of the Royal Flying Corps on September 3rd 1916. Complete with original Red Cross envelope. GC clean condition with some tears. read more

MK.IA (M) flying helmet, RAF Type G flying helmet and an RAF type H oxygen mask with oxygen tube, connectors etc. This grouping is attributed to Eric Hesketh of the Royal Radar Establishment, Malvern who was one of the longest serving flying observers largely flying from R.A.E.Bedford.
