War Merit medal and Packet.

Tombac War Merit medal with it's titled packet indicating manufacture by Steinhauer & Luck, Ludenscheid. Excellent condition with some very minor storage or handling marks with length of ribbon. Packet in lightly crumpled condition with the top now removed.
