Italian Fasces Door or Wall Plaque.

Brass Italian fasces plaque probably for wall or door mounting. 180mm x 70mm cast brass with a residual mounting stud which shows clear signs of having been sawn or cut. Appears to have an old minor solder repair to the top of the staff.
