Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry O/R's Dress Cap & Shoulder Scales.

Pre war O/R's dress cap for a member of the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry. Probably emanating from the pre-war period, the so-called ' long weekend ' enjoyed by this highly sociable territorial unit. Red wool body with nickel buttons and patent leather strap and o/r's bi metal cap badge. Black cotton lining with leather headband with size 7 1/4 paper label. Accompanied by a pair of mail shoulder scales worn by cavalry units. Good, slightly dusty condition with some light moth grazing.
