On most of the NSDAP or Party flags and banners carried during rallies in the Third Reich period. The banners were identified in the top left corner with an area identifier. These banners came from all over Germany and were carried by the SA or NSKK etc.
Here are a pair of mint ‘patches’ from one of those banners. As far as I can see they have perhaps never been seen to a flag, and apart from a small moth ‘nip’ on the reverse of one, remain in mint condition. Tan brown felt material, bordered in blue tape. The area
