British Clasp Knife with Marlin Spike & Tin Opener.

Conforming to Patt. No.6353 this a ' Clasp Knife with Marlin Spike & Tin Opener ' manufactured by George Wostenholme, Sheffield. Produced throughout WW1 and up until at least 1938 these knives were produced for the Army. This example is clearly manufacturer marked to the tang of the knife whose blade is also marked ' I * X L '. Chequered black horn grips with copper wire shackle which conform to the 1913 specification. Good, used condition.
