British Sample Bush Hat.

3/4 size British standard pattern bush hat by Vero & Everitt Ltd., This example was taken from the sample room of Vero & Everitt Ltd., Atherstone when the company ceased manufacturing hats in the late 1980's and was taken over by Wilson & Stafford.
As previously stated it is approx 3/4 size but displays all characteristics of the standard military pattern bush hat with leather, manufacturer marked headband complete with leather chinstrap and ' Newey ' snap fastening. For some reason the central fold has been maintained by the internal application of some brass split pins. In excellent, slightly dusty condition.
