WW2 India Pattern No 1 MK.II Bayonet.

WW2, 1944 dated Indian Pattern No. 1, MK II bayonet and leather scabbard. Later version with square pommel introduced to save on machining time. The bayonet is marked on the blade with a crown over ' G.R.I. ' followed by ' MK II 7 44 ' ( July 1944 ) and R.F.I. ( Rifle Factory Ishaport ). Complete with correct 1941 dated, leather scabbard with steel mounts in a 1942 dated webbing frog. Good, clean condition.
